Ketentuan Hukum ini merupakan perjanjian yang mengikat secara hukum yang dibuat antara Anda, baik secara pribadi maupun atas nama suatu entitas ("Anda"), dan HStore, mengenai akses dan penggunaan Layanan oleh Anda. Anda setuju bahwa dengan mengakses Layanan, Anda telah membaca, memahami, dan setuju untuk terikat oleh semua Ketentuan Hukum ini. JIKA ANDA TIDAK MENYETUJUI SEMUA KETENTUAN HUKUM INI, MAKA ANDA DILARANG SECARA TEGAS MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN DAN ANDA HARUS SEGERA MENGHENTIKAN PENGGUNAANNYA.

Kami akan memberi Anda pemberitahuan sebelumnya tentang setiap perubahan terjadwal pada Layanan yang Anda gunakan. Ketentuan Hukum yang dimodifikasi akan berlaku setelah diposting atau diberitahukan kepada Anda oleh support.hstore.id, sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam pesan email. Dengan terus menggunakan Layanan setelah tanggal efektif perubahan apa pun, Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh ketentuan yang dimodifikasi.

Semua pengguna yang masih di bawah umur di wilayah hukum tempat tinggal mereka (umumnya berusia di bawah 18 tahun) harus memiliki izin dari, dan diawasi langsung oleh, orang tua atau wali mereka untuk menggunakan Layanan. Jika Anda masih di bawah umur, Anda harus meminta orang tua atau wali Anda membaca dan menyetujui Ketentuan Hukum ini sebelum Anda menggunakan Layanan.

Jika Anda ingin menggunakan Layanan, Konten, atau Merek selain yang ditetapkan dalam bagian ini atau di tempat lain dalam Ketentuan Hukum kami, mohon sampaikan permintaan Anda ke: hendro@infocpns.id. Jika kami memberi Anda izin untuk memposting, mereproduksi, atau menampilkan di depan umum bagian mana pun dari Layanan atau Konten kami, Anda harus mengidentifikasi kami sebagai pemilik atau pemberi lisensi Layanan, Konten, atau Merek dan memastikan bahwa setiap pemberitahuan hak cipta atau hak milik muncul atau terlihat saat memposting, mereproduksi, atau menampilkan Konten kami.

Kami memiliki semua hak yang tidak secara tegas diberikan kepada Anda dalam dan terhadap Layanan, Konten, dan Merek.

Setiap pelanggaran terhadap Hak Kekayaan Intelektual ini akan merupakan pelanggaran material terhadap Ketentuan Hukum kami dan hak Anda untuk menggunakan Layanan kami akan segera berakhir.

Kontribusi: Layanan dapat mengundang Anda untuk mengobrol, berkontribusi, atau berpartisipasi dalam blog, papan pesan, forum daring, dan fungsi lain yang memungkinkan Anda membuat, mengirimkan, mengeposkan, menampilkan, mengirimkan, menerbitkan, mendistribusikan, atau menyiarkan konten dan materi kepada kami atau melalui Layanan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada teks, tulisan, video, audio, foto, musik, grafik, komentar, ulasan, saran penilaian, informasi pribadi, atau materi lainnya ("Kontribusi"). Setiap Pengajuan yang diposkan secara publik juga akan diperlakukan sebagai Kontribusi.

Anda memahami bahwa Kontribusi dapat dilihat oleh pengguna Layanan lainnya.

Saat Anda mengeposkan Kontribusi, Anda memberi kami lisensi (termasuk penggunaan nama, merek dagang, dan logo Anda): Dengan mengeposkan Kontribusi apa pun, Anda memberi kami hak dan lisensi yang tidak terbatas, tidak dapat dibatalkan, terus-menerus, tidak eksklusif, dapat dipindahtangankan, bebas royalti, dibayar penuh, dan berlaku di seluruh dunia untuk: menggunakan, menyalin, memperbanyak, mendistribusikan, menjual, menjual kembali, menerbitkan, menyiarkan, mengubah judul, menyimpan, melakukan pertunjukan di depan umum, menampilkan di depan umum, memformat ulang, menerjemahkan, mengutip (secara keseluruhan atau sebagian), dan mengeksploitasi Kontribusi Anda (termasuk, tanpa batasan, gambar, nama, dan suara Anda) untuk tujuan apa pun, komersial, periklanan, atau lainnya, untuk menyiapkan karya turunan dari, atau menggabungkan ke dalam karya lain, Kontribusi Anda, dan untuk mensublisensikan lisensi yang diberikan di bagian ini. Penggunaan dan distribusi kami dapat terjadi dalam format media apa pun dan melalui saluran media apa pun.

Lisensi ini mencakup penggunaan nama, nama perusahaan, dan nama waralaba Anda, sebagaimana berlaku, dan semua merek dagang, merek layanan, nama dagang, logo, dan gambar pribadi dan komersial yang Anda berikan.

Anda bertanggung jawab atas apa yang Anda posting atau unggah: Dengan mengirimkan kepada kami Konten dan/atau memposting Kontribusi melalui bagian mana pun dari Layanan atau menjadikan Kontribusi dapat diakses melalui Layanan dengan menautkan akun Anda melalui Layanan ke salah satu akun jejaring sosial Anda, Anda:
mengonfirmasi bahwa Anda telah membaca dan setuju dengan "AKTIVITAS TERLARANG" kami dan tidak akan memposting, mengirim, menerbitkan, mengunggah, atau mengirimkan melalui Layanan Konten apa pun atau memposting Kontribusi apa pun yang ilegal, melecehkan, penuh kebencian, berbahaya, memfitnah, cabul, menindas, kasar, diskriminatif, mengancam orang atau kelompok mana pun, eksplisit secara seksual, salah, tidak akurat, menipu, atau menyesatkan;

sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, melepaskan semua hak moral atas Konten dan/atau Kontribusi tersebut;

menjamin bahwa setiap Pengajuan dan/atau Kontribusi tersebut asli dari Anda atau bahwa Anda memiliki hak dan lisensi yang diperlukan untuk mengajukan Pengajuan dan/atau Kontribusi tersebut dan bahwa Anda memiliki kewenangan penuh untuk memberi kami hak-hak yang disebutkan di atas sehubungan dengan Pengajuan dan/atau Kontribusi Anda; dan

menjamin dan menyatakan bahwa Pengajuan dan/atau Kontribusi Anda bukan merupakan informasi rahasia.
Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas Pengajuan dan/atau Kontribusi Anda dan Anda secara tegas setuju untuk mengganti rugi kami atas setiap dan semua kerugian yang mungkin kami derita karena pelanggaran Anda terhadap (a) bagian ini,
(b) hak kekayaan intelektual pihak ketiga mana pun, atau
(c) hukum yang berlaku.

Kami dapat menghapus atau mengedit Konten Anda: Meskipun kami tidak berkewajiban untuk memantau Kontribusi apa pun, kami berhak untuk menghapus atau mengedit Kontribusi apa pun kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan jika menurut pendapat wajar kami, kami menganggap Kontribusi tersebut berbahaya atau melanggar Ketentuan Hukum ini. Jika kami menghapus atau mengedit Kontribusi tersebut, kami juga dapat menangguhkan atau menonaktifkan akun Anda dan melaporkan Anda kepada pihak berwenang.

Pelanggaran hak cipta
Kami menghormati hak kekayaan intelektual orang lain. Jika Anda yakin bahwa materi apa pun yang tersedia di atau melalui Layanan melanggar hak cipta yang Anda miliki atau kendalikan, harap segera rujuk ke bagian "PELANGGARAN HAK CIPTA" di bawah ini.


3. PENDAFTARAN PENGGUNA

Anda mungkin diminta untuk mendaftar untuk menggunakan Layanan. Anda setuju untuk menjaga kerahasiaan kata sandi Anda dan akan bertanggung jawab atas semua penggunaan akun dan kata sandi Anda. Kami berhak untuk menghapus, mengambil kembali, atau mengubah nama pengguna yang Anda pilih jika kami menentukan, atas kebijakan kami sendiri, bahwa nama pengguna tersebut tidak pantas, cabul, atau tidak menyenangkan.


4. PRODUK
Semua produk tergantung pada ketersediaan. Kami berhak untuk menghentikan produk apa pun kapan saja dengan alasan apa pun. Harga untuk semua produk dapat berubah.


5. PEMBELIAN DAN PEMBAYARAN

Kami menerima bentuk pembayaran berikut:

Anda setuju untuk memberikan informasi pembelian dan akun terkini, lengkap, dan akurat untuk semua pembelian yang dilakukan melalui Layanan. Anda selanjutnya setuju untuk segera memperbarui informasi akun dan pembayaran, termasuk alamat email, metode pembayaran, dan tanggal kedaluwarsa kartu pembayaran, sehingga kami dapat menyelesaikan transaksi Anda dan menghubungi Anda bila diperlukan. Pajak penjualan akan ditambahkan ke harga pembelian sebagaimana dianggap perlu oleh kami. Kami dapat mengubah harga kapan saja. Semua pembayaran harus dalam Rupiah.

Anda setuju untuk membayar semua biaya pada harga yang berlaku saat itu untuk pembelian Anda dan biaya pengiriman yang berlaku, dan Anda memberi wewenang kepada kami untuk menagih penyedia pembayaran pilihan Anda untuk jumlah tersebut setelah melakukan pemesanan. Kami berhak untuk memperbaiki kesalahan atau kekeliruan dalam penetapan harga, meskipun kami telah meminta atau menerima pembayaran.

Kami berhak untuk menolak pesanan apa pun yang dilakukan melalui Layanan. Kami dapat, atas kebijakan kami sendiri, membatasi atau membatalkan jumlah yang dibeli per orang, per rumah tangga, atau per pesanan. Pembatasan ini dapat mencakup pesanan yang dilakukan oleh atau di bawah akun pelanggan yang sama, metode pembayaran yang sama, dan/atau pesanan yang menggunakan penagihan atau pengiriman yang sama.

Anda tidak boleh mengakses atau menggunakan Layanan untuk tujuan apa pun selain tujuan yang kami sediakan untuk Layanan tersebut. Layanan tidak boleh digunakan sehubungan dengan usaha komersial apa pun kecuali yang secara khusus didukung atau disetujui oleh kami.

You waive all moral rights in your Contributions, and you warrant that moral rights have not otherwise been asserted in your Contributions.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Services. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any Contributions; (2) to re-categorize any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Services; and (3) to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to these Legal Terms or the legal relationship established by these Legal Terms to the jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts. HStore shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Legal Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the state of your principal place of business.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
